This petition calls on City Hall to set stricter timelines, allow 24 hour construction shifts, increase contractor accountability, refine organization and enforce penalties for unnecessary delays. Most importantly, London is outdated and needs to look at what other cities, and even other countries are doing better to update practices, guidlines and policies for our city to match new standard. London deserves a road system that works — without endless construction zones slowing down our daily lives.
